In the current End-Times the probable Island location of Mystery Babylon is the British (UK) Island with Gaza becoming the Land Bridge connection for a Mystery Fallen Spirits (Britain) Babylon & Earthly Merchant (Gaza) Babylon connection.

Other possibilities would be Manhattan Island and NY, Hong Kong Island and China.

It gets worse in Revelation 18 the End-Times City of Babylon i.e. the UK is destroyed in one hour (possibly a nuclear weapons strike) by the Kings of the East.
